Presley Regier released his new EP ‘Sensitive To The Room’ on April 24th, 2026

He’s a rising singer and producer from LA with millions of streams who produces all his songs on his own. His music is a mix of electric music and pop. He supported Tate Mcrae back in 2024 on her ‘Think Later World Tour’ and helped writing and producing the song: ‘Cant’t Wait’ for Doja Cat’s album ‘Scarlet’.
Presley looks like the ‘idgaf’ type of person, which he also tried make himself look like over the past years, but last summer he realized that this just wasn’t true – he’s actually a very sensitive person who analyzes everything someone tells him – and that he needed to change something. Presley then decided to make songs which show exactly that and it turns out he’s the proudest he’s ever been about the music he’s making and you can definitely hear that in his new songs.
In every song on his new EP you can hear honesty and true feelings. Every song catches you with that nostalgic but catchy and upbeat sound.
The first single ‘If I Was With You’, which closes his new EP, was released February 27th and has since then gained a lot of attention. It’s a song about trying to prove someone who has only been let down in past relationships that you won’t ever let them down. Its catchy beat and deep emotional meaning definitely hits hard and takes you on an emotional rollercoaster.
The first track ‘Why Am I Here’ carries so much honesty and so many people would definitely relate to it – like Presley would read our diaries. It’s about puting so much effort into a relationship meanwhile others don’t even try but still get the same attention as you. It’s the feeling of knowing you actually ‘never stood a chance’ and asking yourself why you’re even here and trying. This song is another emotional rollercoaster disguised as an upbeat song.
‘Buy Me A Car’ is the second single of the EP which was released on April 2nd. Its instrumental feels very nostalgic and so unique. The music video shows perfectly how someone should listen to this song. Riding a bike in the middle of the night – or if you have one - in your car. ‘Buy Me A Car’ is about doing everything for someone who’s more than just a friend to you. Because you love this person so much you would even hijack a car and get arrested or make their favourite things your favourite things too just to show them how much you need and want them and how much you want them to make them want you too.
“If I was with you, if I was with you / I wouldn't have let you down / If I was with you / I wouldn't want anything else, anything else"
One of my favourite song on Presley’s new EP is called ‘Never Want Me Back’ which is about loving someone but the person gets bored of you and leaves even though you’ve changed yourself for them and tried so hard to make them want you. In the end you’re left with this sad feeling of never being wanted by the ones you love and noticing they actually never cared about you. It leaves you with that question if you want to try this all over again because what if it’s just going to be another waste of Time? – Time that can’t be replaced.
Presley Regier’s Sensitive To The Room is a sun-soaked, emotionally sharp EP that finds the LA producer stepping out from behind the boards and into the spotlight. Across five tracks he pairs nostalgic, upbeat production with confessional lyrics—an honest, intimate take on love, insecurity, and the quiet work of changing yourself. Songs like opener “Why Am I Here” and the nostalgic single “Buy Me A Car” hide emotional rollercoasters beneath catchy hooks, while closer “If I Was With You” delivers the EP’s biggest payoff: a tender, determined promise that lands hard.
